2 theory sessions
~3–4 hrs confined water training
3 open water sessions (1.5–2 hrs each)
Completion Requirements
Static apnea: 2:00 minutes
Dynamic apnea: 40m
Depth: 12m

AIDA 2 certified divers or those with equivalent qualifications

Prerequisites
Minimum age: 15 (parental consent required for minors)
Ability to swim 200m OR snorkel 300m with gear
